A Good-to-Great Story Doesn't End

We know that overcoming struggles is at the heart of every great story because we've either overcome our own or witnessed it. Our approach to struggles aligns with Carl Rogers thinking in that for a person to "grow", they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood). With this worldview seemingly unconquerable struggles have faded into memory. We've seen our stories go from good to great. We agree with Jim Collins when he says in his book Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap and Others Don't, "Good is the enemy of great." The point he makes is we can too easily become content with the status quo of "good".
Our team is comprised of associates from several sectors. We have provided services to people either directly or indirectly for over 50 years combined.
